It has been a long time...

It has been a long time since I last posted, for which my apologies. 2009 has been a good year for me thus far, eventhough I catched a bug that kept me ill for the last 2 weeks with the first 3 days being bed ridden.

Now that I am better will give you a quick update of what happen this year up to today! So in the beginning of the year did a few decisions regarding business and goals, as you have seen in my previous post and with that in mind I have already accomplished two of my goals for the year and working hard on a few more.

In the 3rd of January I have been in an NLP Practitioner course down in London, with a great of fantastic people that made the experience many times better. Within this course have learned a number of techniques that I know will be able to use in my business to help people cure phobias and address issues that still affect them in their life. I am going to specialise in NLP Phobias cure as it was one of the most enjoyable techniques that I learned as well one of the most effective and rewarding to do.

The following week I went skiing with my good friend Diogo in Avoriaz, France just in the border with Switzerland. In here I achieved another one of my goals, become a competent skier. Funnily enough fell humpteen times, but if you don't fall you are not pushing hard enough, taking risks and learning. There are some videos on the net of my exploits and as soon as I learn how to I will publish them in here as well.

Additionnally to having learned how to ski, I have met a small group of very interesting people which made the experience even better.

Then on the day of my return fell ill and was mainly lethargic for 3/4 days and with flue and cold symptoms for the rest. It was a blessing in disguise really as it gave me time to recharge my batteries and get ready for the weeks ahead.

I am now currently in Portugal as my Grandma has now been diagnosed with Alzheimer's so I came over to meet my Mum so we do all the necessary arrangements for my Nan to go and spend some time with my Mum in France. Also my little beautiful gorgeous Nephew is being Christned on Saturday and I couldn't missed this event!

Well that is my year so far. I haven't purposely mentioned a couple of other things as I will post them separately as to grab your full attention and give it the necessary exposure.

I shall go and have a nice hot drink now and shall be in touch with you all very soon.
