Well without further ado, these are my 2009 goals:
1 - Continue to attract fantastic Life Coaching Clients
2 - Successfully implement my Stop Smoking Clinic
3 - Organise and run Public Seminars
4 - Write Ebook
5 - Website Up and Running
6 - Move to Bigger House
7 - Obtain NLP Certification
8 - Body Fat under 10%
9 - Visible Six Pack
10 - Bench Press 110kg (250lbs) for Reps
11 - Deadlift 180kg (400lbs) for Reps
12 - Squat 160kg (350lbs) for Reps
13 - Become a competent Skier
And that is it, these are my goals for 2009. All achievable, all with a degree of difficulty, but all doable!!! So where are your goals for the year ahead? Have you started on them yet?
